  Sends bills to address every two months. No notice disconnects, and blames slow mail on the receiving and sending side. Either the water service or post office is extremely out of organization here. If this organization is going to tack on fees they need to figure out a way to receive and send timely notifications if they want to blame the post office then they need to pressure the post office to get bills out on time. Zero compassion for customers, says they understand that mail is slow in trying times but can’t do anything to ease the financial burden of late payments that exist due to covid. Either get people notified or be a little forgiving.
