Couldn't of asked for a better service provider. He called to confirm the appointment and was there in fifteen minuets. Extremely professional and thorough. Showed me actual evidence of the worst case scenario and explained in detail about what was needed. The whole time he made it feel like he had my best interests in mind and not his wallet. My initial call went very poorly. I was up front about knowing nothing about wells but was lectured on having used the services of an electrician at first, didn't know any better, and explained that my electrician was the one who recommended talking to a well person, which I explained I was trying to do hence the phone call to him. During the course of the conversation he proceeded to ask questions I had no answers to, back to previous I know nothing about wells, and treated me like an idiot, which I already stated I was ignorant about wells since this is my first one ever. So I get the half apology and explanation of just to make sure I get the worst senario and don't expect good when it may be very bad. And the I will call and schedule an appt to look at it. A week latdr the follow up phone call of I'm to busy with this other project. You didn't know the previous week you had this big project you were involved with? So for my own personal experience he was very rude and demeaning and not at all honest or reliable when he says he's going to do something. Personal opinion...

the guy was very rude and inconsiderate he was not at all interested in helping me he was only interested in the fact that I bought my pump the same place he buys them for them same price he pays and I didn't pay him what he would have charged me extra even though I was going to pay him to pull the pump and replace it I would never call him again and would not recommend them to anyone
