  Unbelievably GREAT service and rates! Scott was extremely insightful and knowledgeable. His experience speaks for itself. He went above and beyond to not only explain to me what the issue was that I was having (with my plumbing) but physically showed me as well. Him and his team member were very attentive, respectful, compassionate and straight forward. They did not overcharge and their honesty was very much appreciated. Thank you so much for your service. Best professional experience I’ve ever received with a plumbing company before. I would highly recommend Scott and his team.

  Upon my first interaction with this business, they took great care of me. I had 2 sink leaks in my house. One was an obvious problem and the other was a mystery to me. They had someone come evaluate 3 days from my call. They arrived within the time window and gave me a heads up when they were en route. The leak detection was quick and precise. They gave us a fair quote and scheduled the repair within the week. It was the same serviceman that came 1st thing in the morning. There was a second man that came to help and they were both respectful and professional. He even informed me about an issue with my water softener. They were done in a timely manner and didn't leave any mess. I would gladly call them again but I don't think it will be necessary.

  From small jobs like hooking up the water to a refrigerator, medium jobs like leaks and broken pipes to large jobs like replacing the entire water lines in the whole house we have been pleased with the services of Tom Shell Plumbing. Response time is fast, professional repairmen and fair pricing has made Tom Shell Plumbing our go to for any plumbing issue. Highly recommend.
