  This is the only place I will call for water heaters. They installed one 5 years ago in my home that has run flawlessly. When it needed to be replaced, I called Tom’s Plumbing & Water Heater Repair, talked to the owner, who explained in detail all the options and the costs (I had been through this before, so it was a shorter conversation) and gave me a same-day appt on Saturday. The technician came out on-time, assessed the existing water heater, and together we chose to replace it. He said two hours, and in just shy of that, he had finished and drove away. Installation quality is outstanding! Price was exactly as quoted (maybe a bit higher than other installers, but the quality, timeliness, warranty, and service more than make up for it). Highest recommendation possible.

  Tom’s Plumbing & Water Heater Repair tech replaced the toilet in our main bath and could not have been more professional and courteous. He arrived within the scheduled time and call 30 minutes before to let me know he was on the way. I walked in the bathroom after he left, and everything was put back to its exact spot. We have used Tom’s Plumbing & Water Heater Repair a few times and have always been extremely satisfied.

  My installer was great. Was on time and finished removing the old one and put in the new one much quickly than I expected for someone installing a water heater by themselves. He took the time to teach me how to reignite my pilot light if it where to go out again since the new one looked different. I would definitely recommend this company and will go back to them if I ever need a new water heater.
