  Tom was great! He replaced our water heater promptly, made the necessary modifications, and even spent the time to answer the questions my insurance had for him. The water heater had leaked everywhere and instead of just mopping it up enough to put the new water heater in he actually took the time to clean it properly with bleach! I was extremely impressed with his service, his attention to detail, and his honesty. I would 100% recommend Mr. Tom to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

  Tom repaired our kitchen and bathroom faucets on his first visit. I have never had a kitchen facet move so smooth between hot and cold. It’s great! On his second visit, he fixed our leaking shower doors. The doors had leaked for 13 years. I wish I had called him sooner! Such professional service from a nice man.
