Called about 2 and a half weeks ago. I was very understanding with the "3 week" wait considering the need for business in the area. However when I call weeks later just to get a update on my wait time and don't even get asked my name and I'm told "Oh its going to be alot longer" Thats extremely unprofessional! I was given a quick short answer. Lessened learned. Almost 3 weeks waiting for service from this company. I went to a different company and will now get service in a couple of days. Retrain your secretary. She lost u a good customer.
