We lost heat the night before thanksgiving didn’t bother calling anyone thanksgiving day but did try calling places on Friday. Had one place never answer their phone and another was extremely rude. Looked at the reviews before calling anyone else and Budnars had great reviews so I called them. The phone was answered promptly and the nice woman said she would take my name and number and see what she could do. Within the hour the tech called and said he would be at my house in the next half hour. He was very professional and found out our motor was bad. Called around to find a replacement and he went to pick it up. Once he installed the new motor he did a maintenance check as well replaced a filter etc.... the furnace was working again but then he noticed the duct was cold. He told my husband something wasn’t right so he pulled the panel off and found the previous owners had placed a metal plate over the part where the hot air is supposed to come out. If he hadn’t been so thorough we would have most likely had some major problems if not a serious fire. Thank god he was so thorough! I would recommend them to everyone. I know there were probably many heaters out and many service calls but he made us feel like we were important and got our furnace up and running in time for my family dinner. Thank you thank you thank you!

We needed a new boiler.  Tom was prompt to and show up to give us our estimate and extremely fair in pricing.  He recommended a combination boiler with the thankless water heater.  We could not be more pleased!  If you have any heating or plumbing needs, I would suggest giving Tom a call, you will not be disappointed!

We've always been able to depend on Tom & his crew to keep our systems up & running. I had a disabled child who was unable to maintain his own body temperature & if our home was too hot or too cold, my son would go into a grande mal seizure.  Tom knew this & never wasted a second getting here to repair whatever was needed. Probably won't be long before we'll have to replace the furnaces & central air units at bot of our locations & I know exactly whom I'll be calling.

Not enough good things to say about Tom Budner and his crew. Tom and his guys came out to fix a whole-house freeze I had, with many breaks in the heating lines. They made sure I had temporary heat until the system could be repaired, were very thorough, careful, and courteous. Tom took the time to answer all of my questions, address my concerns, and everyone made sure I knew what was being done and why every step of the way. Great communication and excellent work. I couldn't be more pleased! Thanks for the great work!
