  Called and scheduled an appointment the day before. I Was given a time window and was told the plumber would call prior to arrival. I made myself available during this time window. When it became clear they were not going to make it I decided to call and check on status. I was told that she would check on that and would call right back. After 20 minutes of patiently waiting I called back. This time no one answered. I tried back again several times without anyone ever picking up. Had the wife call and surprise surprise they picked up. When I asked about the status of the plumber I was told again they would check and then quickly hung up on. All proceeding attempts to call were just forwarded to voicemail. All I expect is some basic customer service like a phone call saying that the plumber is late or had some unforeseen issue. Got the ride cold shoulder instead. Horrible customer supervise.
