  After being given the run around by another area plumber, who was trying to grossly overcharge for a simple repair, dealing with Todd Norton plumbing was a breath of fresh air. He was able to replace the cartridge in my leaking faucet in one visit (having identified the issue through photos and my description). There was no attempt to extort extra money and added fees - just a quick visit to repair a simple leaky faucet. Professional, great communication, and reliable. Thank you.
