  Tom and Tommy were highly professional. Job was quick and efficient. Best part was Tom had helped me troubleshoot the water heater myself first to save me some money. Alas, the water heater truly needed replacing. They did well! Timely, respectful, and very pleasant to work with. Thank you both for your help!
