  Tim helped us with a somewhat-complicated water heater/boiler replacement in the dead of winter (so there was some urgency to the job). He is very prompt, professional and courteous, he knows his stuff and made sure the job was done correctly after learning that a necessary attachment hadn't been included with the original appliance delivery. I've used some pretty good plumbers in my past, but Tim is my new favorite. I've got two new projects coming up for him this spring!
