  I do not recommend Titan Plumbing. They will perform the bare minimum work required to pass a town inspection, while potentially leaving your property in an unsafe condition (as they did with mine). I was the buyer of a property, and the sellers contracted Titan to repair the water and sewer mains. As of now, it appears that the mains were successfully repaired. However Titan left the property in an absolute mess. I was not expecting the property to be restored to the condition it was after digging the large trenches, but the work site was left a complete mess. There are large cavities left under both the sidewalk and front walkways. Concrete sections were not set back properly. Large rocks that were dug up were strewn about the yard. I can understand not replacing everything 100%, but a significant amount of work is required to restore site. Titan did not respond to a notice from my attorney. I would look elsewhere for your plumbing needs, especially if it involves any outdoor/yard work.

  Dylan, Thank you for your feedback. It would have been great to get a call from you so we can explain the process. Titan plumbing was hired to replace the main water and main sewer line from the house to the curb and the job was performed and completed successfully. The homeowner who hired me was very pleased and had absolutely no complaints. Replacing a main sewer line or water line is a huge task and in this case we replaced both at the same time. The job requires excavating the lawn aprx 3+ feet wide from the foundation of the house and all the way into the street and 6+ feet down to access the existing lines. Imagine the vibration from an excavator machine digging the ground for hours and disturbing the dirt below that hasn't been touched since the house was built. It was explained to the homeowner that we have disrupted the ground that hasn't been disturbed in many years and that you may need to add more soil to the back filled area as it may settle below existing grade. It was also discussed that Titan is not responsible for landscaping, and not responsible to re-install any items that need to be removed during the excavation process including but not limited to trees, bushes, stone, mulch, retaining walls, and sidewalk slabs. It is recommended to wait at least 3 months after the completion of the job to repair any landscaping issues. Please note although we did re-install the sidewalk best we could, we are not masons or landscapers and ultimately it is the homeowner's responsibility to make the landscaping repairs needed.   I recently had a HUGE leak (~3 feet) & needed repairs fast. Jimmy not only made time in his schedule to find the leak the next day, but had guys working at my house for 14 hours a day to get the work done as soon as possible! There was an elective service - a U-sewer drain pipe that was buried under the house & was partially clogged. Jimmy showed it to me and let me choose if i wanted the work or not. There we no surprises with the guy or his work. Also does not charge until the work is done, unlike some "professionals". Great work, quick & efficient. recommend him. 6/5 stars.

  Titan was very responsive, came to our home to evaluate a water main leak, and provided a comprehensive and fair quote. They were professional and thorough. Ultimately we were able to complete the work through an insurance claim but we would have 1000% used them for our project with confidence.
