  Titan plumbing came out for a free estimate and they were on time. Admittedly the quote felt expensive. However, that's the cost of business these days. It was a fair price. I will say that I appreciated the techs response to my cost concerns, he showed empathy and that went a long way with me. I called titan the next day to give them the job. They came out the next day, on time and professionally completed the job. The tech was nice, explained the job and the ladies on the phone were courteous and helpful. I'm usually skeptical about trade businesses. Titan earned my patronage should I need them in the future...and I'm sure that I will. Thank you for supporting veterans 🙏

  Called for an estimate and arrive at the time as told. The 2 people prior I talked to from dispatch were amazing and very professional. plumber who called was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point I declined the estimate. Not only was I being told about not prior disclosed pricing but he even said I will have to pay 2x the amount because it's a duplex. I even explained that it's a single home everything is tied into each other. This home is maybe 1100 Sq total and all plumbing under the home in same area. Something all other estimators understood but this person wouldn't even he me out on it. Understandable as everyone has to make a living it was the plumbers demeanor and attitude that lead to my now disposition with Titan Plumbing. Even went on to say *were not gonna estimate for free* which at no moment did I ever give any indication I wanted a free estimate. Even disclosed that dispatch doesn't know what they're doing/talking about. This was a red flag in itself / dealing with a company that has a lack of unity. His comments were unwarranted and as a first impression for a possible 16k+ job, definitely lead to my decision to use someone else's services. Estimate was going to be for a full re-pipe gas,sewer, and electric with additional add-ons and all new faucets/toilets.

  Hi Brandon, it's unfortunate to hear that you had a bad experience with us. I've reviewed your complaint and hopefully I can clear up a few of your concerns. Our technician called you prior to your appointment to clarify that we can offer a free estimate for replacing your water lines, but that we may need to go under your properties to inspect the gas and sewer lines to provide an estimate on replacing those, and that there may be a charge for doing so. He was trying to explain that while we normally charge a fee per unit, we would only charge a single fee for inspecting both units even if they were in separate areas, and that the inspection fee would go towards any repairs; however, you cut him off by screaming and cussing at him. We offer free visual estimates, but that does not include accessing crawl spaces or attics. Furthermore, the office let you know the plumber would inform you of any costs prior to performing work, and he did just that. I'm sorry if there was any miscommunication regarding this policy, as we always strive to be clear and upfront, but our team explained everything according to our policy and informed you of any possible pricing prior to showing up on site. We never want to perform work then give a surprise bill afterwards, so you can see why we discuss pricing before any inspections. I'd also like to point out that we do not tolerate customers swearing at or insulting our technicians, especially over a verbal estimate, we wish you luck in getting your plumbing problems resolved.
