  Contacted several septic companies and Paul replied promptly. He came out to investigate problems of septic odor and to possibly pump the tank, as I didn’t know better. He explained concerns with my leach field and spent multiple phone calls and texts to inquire about my situation with extreme patience. He did pump the tank and put me in touch with a local excavator (he provided choices for me) and tried to save me time and money. He knows the business up and down. He also came to my house on a weekend to try to help solve the problem while waiting for the contractor (it was a compromised pipe and leach field). A genuinely kind approach, reasonable and fair prices, and also followed up on things many weeks later, again on his own time, what more could you ask for? I will never go anywhere else.

  I would highly recommend this business based on the experience I had yesterday. I had a completely full septic tank, and feared a potential leach field issue. I called the office around 8:30 a.m., and got a call back from Paul by 11:00. He had the tank pumped within an hour from that point. Paul was able to pretty quickly assess my situation, and explained to me how I could fix the problem (which, he correctly guessed was with a crushed line between my septic tank and a dry well). He did say I could try having the line cleared a la Roto Rooter type work, but recommended against it as this would be a waste of money if the pipe was compromised. I believe he really tried to save me some money. Although I am a dedicated DIY guy, he offered to call a local excavator he knew, Tom Scott (review impending) and waited around at no extra cost to make introductions, and walk through the situation together. He also touched base with me later to make sure the work had turned out well after he left, even though he really didn't need to. All great points to me. Bottom Line: Quick, friendly service at a reasonable price point. Thanks, Paul.
