  I'm in the trades and deal with a lot of HVAC vendors. Andy is top notch in my book! I reached out last month after my 7-year-old Combi boiler failed. He had an appointment not too far away from me so he agreed to stop by and take a look. He was on time, extremely personable and was able to fit me in within a few days. He re piped the mess that the original contractor had made and did it the right way! Definitely a perfectionist and it looks great as well as works like it should. I really appreciate Andy stepping outside the box and installing this Combi boiler. Tin Smith has definitely earned my business! Thank you, John

  We were very impressed with Andy's work. He returned my phone call promptly, and was able to come out to our place to fix our issue in a reasonable amount of time. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and upfront about everything. I truly appreciate the fact that he explained everything he was doing the entire time he was at our home. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone. We will never hire anyone else to do this type of work for us. Great work for a very reasonable price! Thank you, Andy!

  When my heat went out they responded really quickly! Came over right away and was able to see, hear, and diagnose the issue with the heater and gave me great quick explanations and options to fix the problem. Very professional and personable. I'm extremely happy with their work and will be calling them when I have issues.
