  I've had Tim out a couple of times when our drains were totally backed up. He got to us promptly and offered advice on how to avoid problems in the future. We had the problem reoccur a couple of days after his last visit and he totally stood behind his work-- his daughter Julia came out and fixed the issue with no additional charge.

  I called Tim's this morning and they came out even sooner than scheduled. (after calling to make sure it was OK) I want to say that Julia was professional, explained the process and reviewed the issues after she had completed the job. I would recommend this company to anyone who values service and professional results. 5 stars for sure!! Really good people. Hard to find these days. Bruce Bacon Two Harbors, MN.
