  Called last Wednesday about a plumbing issue at my mother's. We ended up getting someone else because our call was never returned...still hasn't been even 4 days later. Can't speak to the quality of work because they never answered the phone or called back.

  Immediately answered their phone and scheduled a time for the next morning... then contacted us and said their tech was on his way only a hour after our initial call. We are VERY impressed! We will be calling Mr. Hupps everytime from now on!

  Called 4 plumbers at 4:15 on a Friday. He is the only one to return my call and set me up with one of his tech's who showed up onsite an hour later to fix the problem.
