  I had Scott and Cody at my house for repairs due to freezing pipes. Not only did it take them over a year to do the repairs , they were very unreliable, Cody broke a part in our China Hy-tanj toilet and left it , told me I needed to find the parts. He told me on my up stairs bathroom sink that we needed to reach under the sink and turn the shut off valve off to turn the cold water off in stead of properly fixing it. I had to call Advanced Plumbing to properly complete there shotty work. Very dissatisfied, Don't make the mistake I made, Hire a professional instead

  Cody has been my plumber for years , we go way back. He has been there in any emergency I had whether personal or for any business I worked for. I would recomend him to anyone. Never any question to his work or pricing. This is when he worked at a previous employer, on his own and now with scott. They are the best in the area and I wouldnt go elsewhere. Thanks to you and to scott also!!

  CODY LAM has STICKY Fingers - He has done work a few times never had any issues. I made the mistake of letting him in our house by himself! He went through the ENTIRE house took money from three(3) different locations. One of the locations was the money my kid had saved to purchase books for college in the fall. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!! DON'T LET CODY LAM IN YOUR HOUSE TO GO THROUGH YOUR CLOSETS AND DRAWERS.
