  I was given this plumber via a recommendation and unfortunately my guard was down. I called and told them exactly what was needed and was given prices to replace the parts (toilet, shower heads). I was to get the materials directly and they would come and complete the install. The install price quoted was $275 for toilet and $130 for 2 shower heads $405 total). When the install was started they ran into issues with the shower faucet. This forced the removal of the faucet and per their direction, replacement of this hardware. Where it was all said and done this increased my bill from $405 to $2,200....... and remember I paid for all of the materials except the new faucet. I am not sure why I paid this bill when I was given the invoice (which had an unreadable breakdown or details of the charges), but I did. Many extra charges were added after the fact to attempt to justify the massive increase in price. I texted Tim Daniels after to get a more detailed breakdown of the changes, but never received a response. Finally after 3 texts w/o response, I called a few times and spoke with a women who originally set up the appointment. Its obvious to me that once they had my money they were not at all interested in speaking with me again. I plan on reporting them to the BBB in hopes that something will be done to this company. Their model is to come in with reasonable estimate and figure out how to add charges to the job... and give no support after the fact.

  Hi Shiela, I'm very surprised that were Not satisfied with our Services. We did quote u for a simple repair, but then u added other work in the Rental apt you have there along with your Bathroom. We did authorized you to use my account at a Supply house to get a 25% discount on the shower components, hand held showers, Diverter valves, and Toilet u Picked out. We did pickup all your materials that does take time and manpower. We also went from a simple repair to removing a old style 3 handle shower body to a new Pressure balanced Unit behind sheetrock and tiles. Which entails shutting down waters to dwelling. We also Gave u the Number to our Tile guy so u would get a discount dealing directly with Him.. Tiles and sheetrock had to be removed and then replaced in a Same day as we Promised when we did Replacement, so u wouldn't be with out a Shower.. ..We also supplied u with some Hansgrohe shower Components which is a step up from what u Purchased. We did make 3 trips to your premises with 2 lead men each time. We also did remove your Old Toilet and all old shower components in the Rental apt and your apt and bring to sanitation.. Again I'm sorry to here you weren't satisfied. The serviceman that did the work were shocked as well, when they thought you were extremely Happy. Again My Apologies you weren't satisfied.

  I had an emergency situation and my gas burner was shut off for two days in this extremely cold weather. I called Tim last night, he called me right back and had someone at my house within the hour! Mike assessed the situation and came back today and had my burner up and running in less then two hours. Tim came himself to check on things twice. Can't ask for anything better! We are now lifetime customers! Thanks Tim and Mike!!

  Might be the worst experience I've ever had with an operator. They came to my house on a Saturday. They fixed an issue, but the very next week, I needed them to fix a problem they may have caused. I didn't say I wanted them to work for free, but they acted as though they didn't know who I was or what I was talking. They asked me if I was sure it was them, I was absolutely sure,. They told me to find someone else and they hung up on me. I will NEVER use them again or refer them to anyone else.
