  My Mom lives in Jackson, she had a leak under her furnace, she called Thurmer’s on Tuesday, explained the problem, Matt came right over. He evaluated the situation, and they decided that she had gotten just over 20 years of use out of the old furnace, and A/C unit, and it was time for a new systems! Matt called his team, and within a couple of hours the old system was ready to be removed, but still running, it IS Minnesota after all! The very next day Matt brought his brother Nate, and another Man named Cece. (Sorry if I spelled it wrong!) In a few hours they had the old system out, the new one in, and had it ready for the electrician, who also was GREAT, another home town Man, Nick Arp, from Lakefield! Great Job Hometown Boys! Dependable service, fast response time, what more could you want!! It’s nice to know there is someone there to take care of my Mom’s needs! Q

  I called them to do some pluming in a bathroom remodel. They wanted me to buy my product from them and when I told them I already had my product from somewhere else they told me that they would not do it because it's not a priority. As a customer I don't think this is right because it shouldn't matter we're I get it from.
