  Called first time this past winter, to purchase a well house. Promised to come out but never did, despite numerous calls from us and promises from them. Just never called or came out. Tried again 2 wks ago. Gave us an invoice and promised delivery Mon, Tues or Wed. Would call us w/more definite info. Despite phone calls and promises, no one showed up. Called them today to cancel order. If they didn't want to sell it to us, they could have said so. Buying from someone else now. Don't think I would call it customer "service," but it was the worst we have experienced. NO STARS for them!

  Thunder pump is so awesome! They had the control box we needed & even contacted us today to make sure if we had water or not, & we didnt. So they gave us directions and a great price . they were also so friendly & greeted us when we walked. If anyone needs plumbing supplies you should call these guys.
