  They were able to schedule me for next day services. Very professional ! Preston came out this morning and fixed all my issues. He was very descriptive and what the issues were and how he planned to fix it. He was able to resolve all my issues upon the initial meeting.

  I would rate them higher but they are a little expensive. A $100 off-hour fee and $414 dollar charge to clean out my main drain line, whether it fixed the problem or not seemed a little steep. Also, one of the instruments need batteries and he didn't have replacements. I loan him some and he took them with him. I am very grateful that they came within two hours on a early Sunday evening though. Overall, I would use them again.

  Brandon, we do not have hourly rates. We go by a pricebook, per job. We apologize that your batteries were taken by mistake and I will make certain you're reimbursed for the cost of those batteries. After working more than 40 hours in the course of a week, a late Sunday night service call requires that our service experts and our local call center professionals are compensated for their extra work, drive-time and fuel costs. Because we offer emergency services on the weekends, that means they have to stop what they're doing and move quickly, often keeping homes or yards from being flooded, ruined and costing homeowners thousands of dollars in repairs. We make certain beforehand that we give upfront pricing, to avoid surprises. Thanks for choosing Thompson & Thompson and we do see that Rob did successfully stop your drains from backing-up into your home.

  They came on a Saturday to make sure we actually needed the septic tank emptied. Turned out we didn't and the plumber cleared the block in the main line. Awesome response time and honest employees. Our go to plumbers now.
