  My review is much like the others. Thomas was also assigned by my warranty company. I know these days you have to add little forgiveness for "Covid" related issues like parts out of stock and short staffing. That being said, like the others Thomas is very, very poor at returning phone calls or emails. Except for the first time i spoke to their office, every time I called after that, there was no answer and the voice mail was ALWAYS full. Which makes you wonder how many other phone calls went unretured. They set an appointment time and no one showed up. I texted (for a while the only way to get a response) and was told " The invoice was not paid" so they had to reschedule the appointment. This was after I've been waiting all day between 12-4. If i had not texted them, I would have had no idea what was going on. It went down hill from there. They never sent an invoice originally. And when they did, it was from some other company I had never heard of. I had to call my warranty company to find out my water heater was never in-stock when Thomas set the installation appointment. The warranty company got things rolling finally. When the new water heater was finally installed today, the plumber was in such a hurry to get going, he WAS going to leave the old rusty drain pan in my front yard. If I had not come out the door before he turned the corner he was just going to leave it there. When he saw me, it was a quick turn around and "oh, I almost forgot that" But he did manage to leave the box just out of eye sight, with no mention of it being there . As far as I know, the installation went fine No leaks so far. I live in a large community and Thomas plumbing is going to get a lot of word of mouth about my personal opinion on their customer service and not the good kind.

  My home warranty booked this company to fix a leak, and they never showed up! I called and they claimed they called me 6 times but never did. Now when I call them they don’t pick up the phone. How does this company even make their money? By scamming people out of there deductible. Don’t use this company. If your warranty company picks them request a change.

  I made a plumbing claim through my home warranty. I never received a call from Thomas plumbing that day to schedule a time to come out. I waited until the next business day to call them. The call went straight to voicemail. Couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. She did leave an email address, so I emailed them to cancel the call. My husband fixed the issue.
