  We had a big leak requiring only a small repair. I found Tom online and called him because he is, essentially, a neighbor. He came right over, put on a mask without complaining, and fixed the problem. Only charged a service fee. I'm thrilled to find someone so close by and so responsive!

  Scheduled an appointment over a week ago for 9am and called to confirm whereabouts with no call back and no show not good business

  When an appointment is scheduled and it is not the first job of the day for me. (9am)It is extremely difficult to stay on schedule due to the over run or additional problems added at the first job. I called 3 times and got no answer, leaving a voice message explaining what happened. I apologized in the message but received no call back. I am a one man show and perfer to work in a relaxed atmosphere. If you require a service contractor to be on time to the minute, I suggest you call a larger company who has the resources of more trucks and technicians that are dispatched to service your needs and expectations.
