We consulted John regarding a recurrent major plumbing issue that involved our house and our village and required a creative solution. John met us several times to review the situation and make a plan. He was professional, respectful and responsive. He performed the job with his crew in an expert manner, mapping out all gas and water lines to the house and excavating in a focused manner to minimize damage. He got this major job done in essentially one day prior to the major storm we had. We suffered minimal damage in no small part due to John’s work. We are grateful to him and I am already recommending him to colleagues and acquaintances as unfortunately there are many issues with our drainage systems in this area. We are fortunate to have placed our trust in him and his company because as a local business owner he knows all of the idiosyncrasies and history of the plumbing systems in this area. We will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs as the integrity and professionalism witnessed first-hand is notable and more and more uncommon to find these days.

They send workers into my home that took some of my personal belongings. Customers be aware. I called John Curley to let him know what happened and the secretary or receptionist was so rude that it made me think that she might be behind it too, John never returned my call not even to ask me what happened or what was stolen.

We responded to a call from building in Great Neck management on 5-25-21 which we have been working for over 40 years. Maria Russell (AKA FYI) lives on 3rd floor and her bathroom leaking to 2nd floor. It’s a customary requirement for Tennant to be home during entire work procedure which Maria was present every day I came in and checked on my guys throughout the entire job which extended to 6-3-21 because it fell on Memorial Day weekend so maria was without bathtub for that entire time. From day one we had to chop out walls and break up bathtub which was tremendous and also chopped out and removed 2nd floor ceiling which tenant was very upset , to access plumbing pipes for demo and reconnection. You can imagine all the banging chopping dust and debris removal that went on. Tuesday 6-1-21 my tile man came in patched all tile walls floors and on 6-2-21 plumber installed handles shower head and tub spout and job complete. On 7-14 almost a month and a half later Maria Russell calls my office speaks to kelly my secretary and says personal ornaments that were in her bathroom were taken by our tile man and she wants them back. Kelly stated that they been working for us over 20 years and never had an issue with them. Maria called her a liar said tile men are not old enough to be with us over 20 years she never said they stole ornaments that they took them by mistake and if they put them in a box in front of building she will forget it happened. She now claims that kelly was rude and feels like she was in on it as per her false accusation negative review. I really don’t appreciate Maria Russell posting a lie which has no evidence proof against my company which we have been serving great neck and the surrounding communities for almost 50 years. My dad and family has been working hard to keep all our long time and new clients plumbing and heating systems working. Just because a person like Maria Russell can falsely accuse on the internet does not make it true. I recommend you retract your false statement to uphold any integrity you may have. Thank You.
