They charged me over $600 and didn't do a single repair! That was labor costs for showing up and dis-assembly. Funny thing is, another company fixed the problem for under a hundred dollars working on the "unrepairable" unit they wanted to replace at the tune of $2500. They were nice and friendly, albeit incompetent.

I think you are mistaken. You must be referring to a different company. We have no record of you as a customer or job with your details. This is not a real review.

I am sorry. These are nice people though but we are clearly being taken advantage of. Gouged for providing inadequate service. I only leave these reviews to save some of you from having the same issues and not give your money away for a terrible service. Called them due to a sewage issue which turned out to be a blockage in the main sewage line. They arrived around 12 and started packing up at 3:30. They wasted our afternoon and time, where we could have called a more efficient plumbing service. They made several attempts, per the bill, to clear the line and failed. They decided to call it quits and come back Monday. So, they expected us to have sewage flood our yard and smell sewage through our basement all weekend long. They also talked about digging up our yard so, seriously, beware of this company. On Saturday morning, I ran a 100' snake and used a drain bladder and cleared the clog myself. Called the company and told them the issue was fixed. Kevin, the owner, told us that we would receive a discount because they did not fix our sewage issue. We received the bill and they are charging us $700! Update: they did send a new bill for $492.. Still not very impressed with how expensive & inefficient they were. Plumbers with better equipment are priced lower than both of the invoices that they have sent us. If you still decide to contact this company- you will pay $75 an hour for each of the two employees that they send plus an $85 equipment fee- bare minimum of $235 and it will be like gambling. I suggest buying a drain bladder- around $30 readily available at any hardware store and try to do it yourself- google this, very easy. The 100' sewer rod cost around $100 from any hardware store. I am just a woman with zero plumbing experience but dislodged the clog in under an hour- where this company failed to do so and originally charged us for 3 1/2 hours.. If you are from Brooklyn- just ask a town employee for their opinion prior to calling this company. If you do not use Google reviews- I have also sent a request to the BBB to add this business to their network.
