  Kendall came out to look at the water spot on ceiling to make sure it wasn't from the ac ducts. He went above and beyond to help my client Gail. We really appreciate it and the response was great on getting out there. We truly appreciate it.

  When we bought our house, the seller told us we MUST use Tholen's. We followed his advice and could NOT be happier! They have kept me informed of warranty issues, maintenance schedules, tips on maximizing efficiencies, etc. Even when we moved 40+ miles away, they called me to let me know they would be in our area and we scheduled a service call for that day. Further, we have a dog, a cat and three kids who are always nosing around while the technicians are trying to do their job, but the technicians just patiently answer questions, pet the dog, shoo the cat out of the furnace room, etc. We even leave the house unlocked for them to enter, work, and leave with no concerns for our home and safety. I highly recommend Tholen's for all your HVAC needs.
