Like many of you, this company was sent to my home through my warranty company about my A.C. When the technician arrived, he started doing his diagnostic. He told my husband that the motor is blown out and that’s why it was wasn’t turning on. He didn’t put everything back they way they were because he was so sure that he was coming back. An hour later I get a call from the office where a lady is basically accusing us of taking the A.C. apart, she was telling us that someone played with the Freon and homeowners are not allowed to do that. We told her over and over again that we did not do that. The moment we noticed our A.C was not working, we called our warranty company and put in a service request. I reached out to AHS and let them know what was happening and the lady I spoke to told me that everything would be covered. Then hours later, we get an email saying our service request was denied due to a complete different reason from what both the technician and office lady stated. They are now saying that the technician reported that the A.C was missing parts. Which I feel like is just another way for them to find reasons for our request not be covered because the office lady kept mentioning how “Expensive “ our service request would be. These people are complete fraud, keep them out of your home because they do not know what they’re doing.

WARNING!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS. My home warranty company sent these unprofessional scam artists to my house. To begin with, they gave me an arrival window of 8am to 5pm, which is absurd. The technician came to look at my leaking toilet as well as two broken fixtures and proceeded to tell my warranty company that the issues were from excessive force and misuse rather than normal wear and breakage. So naturally the warranty company denied the claims and miraculously, the technician then quoted me HIS company rates to fix the items. My warranty company gave me the opportunity to get a second opinion. They sent another company out and who said the needed repairs were absolutely not from force or misuse but rather normal wear. Looking at Third Generation’s reviews, you will see that this is a scam they are running and I will be reporting this to the BBB. I took an entire day off work and then had to take another day off work for the second company. This is terrible service lacking in integrity and professionalism. I wouldn’t trust this company to do any work in my home.

American Home Shield assigned Third Generation Plumbing to fix my water heater. Richard arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and showed me that my heater was not receiving electricity. He then worked with AHS directly to set up an electrician to come work on my issue. Richard was extremely professional and friendly. Thank you!
