  Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any service. We went for the kitchen refacing. That took place over a 2 day period in mid -January. Once we took a look at the job, we realized there were problems all over, from a bubble in the laminate to laminate not fully covering the original color, to a nail shot under the laminate and more. Then when they came back, they brought the wrong color laminate. That wasn't realized until after they left. As of right now, we have a 2 color kitchen. Next, because this is still a work in progress, we have to wait for the company to get replacement laminate and then to schedule time to actually come in to do the job. We are a month into the project now and I have to wait yet another 10 days because there is no availability until then. Simply amazing. Our kitchen cabinets have been empty for a month now, waiting for this job to be done. Microwave has been sitting on the side as well. Oh, I forgot to mention - there are nails sticking out all over the place from putting the trim in. I eMailed them with pictures showing some of the issues. No response at all from the company. The contractor (yes, they use contractors even though they said they use their own people) left a large roll of laminate in a box in our garage. Been sitting there ever since. I asked the company to come and get it, as I am not their storage facility. Nothing. It is going in the garbage tomorrow. I am not an unreasonable person, but this experience has me so frustrated it is beyond words. The pictures posted are just some of the problems. I sent these to someone in the company, shared them on Google drive actually, and they never bothered to look at them. Be very careful before you consider working with them.

  Kitchen cabinet refacing. Matt our installer was on-time, polite and efficient. We love the new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Caroline at the Thiels offices who scheduled our installation is so efficient, nice and confirms all details. Just a couple more minor fixes and we'll move this review to a 5. The brown cabinets is the before picture. What a difference.

  After looking online for local companies in our area to remodel our bathroom we decided to give Thiel's an opportunity to give us a free estimate. Jonathan arrived on time, professionally dressed, and was extremely comfortable to work with through our design consultation which took roughly an hour or so. He showed us options, styles, and pros and cons of different ways of completing our tub remodel. He was extremely thorough. We liked him, his company, and the products they recommended for our project so much that we decided to start our project with them right away!!! We look forward to the completion of our project and trust Thiel's to do the job right and exceed our expectations!!! Thank you Thiel's and Jonathan Hobbs, we no longer will have to look at our outdated mustard yellow tub and surround!!!
