  As a homeowner, I have shopped here several times before and have always had a good experience. I went there today to look for an older style American Standard shower control valve. I showed the part to the gentleman behind the counter, and in what seemed like less than a minute the part was located and I was checking out. The part cost less than I was expecting to pay also. I believe when you find a store that specializes in something like plumbing, you will benefit not just from the inventory they carry, but from the years of experience and knowledge the people working there have.

  We needed a part for our furnace on the 3rd of July, a Saturday, at 3:40 in the afternoon. We called The Plumbing Store and the person who answered said he had the part but was closing soon and we are 40 minutes away. He went above and beyond and said he would stay open until we got there since we were totally stuck without the part. More people like that is what we need in this world. So grateful for his help

  lousy plumbing supply store. have been here twice - terrible experiences both times and will not be going back. latest time was looking for some fittings as i was replacing a well pump in my house. in general, unfriendly service. didn’t have most of the fittings i was looking for. they wanted to create a frankenstein of reducers/ect to make it work, but would have cost 3 times as much as if they just had the fittings i was looking for. guy says to me “oh those fittings are hard to find”...well sorry but i thought this was a plumbing supple store it’s not like i’m looking for fittings at the grocery store. everything is unorganized so it takes forever to find what you’re looking for. ended up buying 1 fitting but had to wait to check out for 10 min while the owner and the cashier argued over what the price of it should be...they tried charging me $16 but the box it came out of clearly said $11. oh and then because i only had a credit card i had to buy a wire brush just to get over the $15 minimum. and nobody was wearing masks. i have no idea how they’re still in business with that kind of customer service.
