  First, Shannon was very kind and professional the moment I made the call to request service to replace my water heater thermal expansion tank that had busted. Second, she, kept her word when she told me Rick would be on site in a few hours. Sure enough Rick arrived on time and was very kind and professional as well. Third, was Rick very skillful at his trade and adhered to California's recent mandates of wearing a mask and social distancing. He replaced the H2O heater thermal expansion tank and as such restored hot water at the house. Last, Rick was very reasonable when it came down to repair costs. I would definitely do business again with "POP's Family Plumbing" and recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks,
