  All I can say is wow. This is a very unprofessional business and I will not use them again. Everything from them not answering the phone, being extremely rude and talking over you when they finally do answer and disorganized as in not being able to find your work order in their system. My home warranty contracted them to repair my water heater on 12/16/21. They never called me to schedule an appointment. I had to call them and they couldn't find me in their system. I gave them the work order number and then they finally did find me in their system They finally showed up on 1/6/21 and all he did was turn the water off and turn the breaker off and said they needed to get authorization from the home warranty. I called the next afternoon and they still had not called the home warranty for authorization. The weekend passed. Monday morning no answer to their phone calls until 12:30 noon. Today is 1/10/22 and they still have not fixed anything. Now they're telling me to wait another week because one of their employees was exposed to COVID while working and now they sent all employees home for a week and they have nobody to send out for repairs. I asked my home warranty to send someone else and please never ever contract the plumbing doctor for me ever again! Extremely rude, disorganized and disappointing. They do not care about their customers or thier business. My home warranty, old home republic sent me AAA VALLEY PLUMBING &ROOTER SERVICES. They called and came to check my water heater on the same day and they said they'll be back tomorrow to finish the job. Very nice, professional and efficient unlike Cabrera's Plumbing Doctor.

  This company was sent by my warranty company. They charge a permit fee of 175 dollars, the state does require a permit to install a water which is sold by the city for 24 dollars. When I called to find out what the other 151 dollars were for the was not very knowledgeable I was transferred to someone else I asked again why they charge 175 for a permit they said the state requires a permit and an inspection on the installation, I went on to tell her the stat does require a permit which is sold by the city for 24 dollars and I wanted to know what the other 151 dollars is for? She could it tell me she put me on hold and another woman came on very unprofessional and stated that is is for insurance to be in my home for them going to get the permit and making an appointment a d paying inspector to come out. First of all the inspector is paid by the city so there is no need to pay him. Second these companies are already bonded but apparently they are passing the insurance payment to customers. And how much does it cost to send a company employee that you’re already paying to go buy a permit. I can understand paying 24 for a permit. And maybe an additional 25 for their efforts. But 175 for a permit that cost 24 is outrageous. Oh and that lady that was unprofessional, when I questioned the fees she was very defensive and told me I am busy that is the fee we are not waving not matter what you say I have others trying to pay if you don’t like it call the warranty company to send another company. I do. Or know how they can get away with saying this is a permit fee. I do. It recommended this company at all.

  Customer service: There is a female representative that has not been helpful whatsoever, she lacks a proper customer service demeanor and attitude. They aren’t coordinated in communication with each other because I got two different responses on my problem with two different representatives. I had a big headache with this company. They failed to communicate with me on what I needed to do and I just overall had a bad experience. I searched a DIY video and even solved the problem myself. I’ll make sure to not use this company again. I highly recommend that others look into the ratings of plumbing services before calling them to help.
