  Had a toilet that was leaking (Bad enough the city called me about large water usage). Tech was on time and polite and haven't had any issue since! (Noteworthy, This was a couple of years ago and still no issues. )

  Was scheduled with this company through our home warranty-after scheduling the appointment, our clogged drain flooded our basement and we needed them to come out sooner than the original appointment (which was scheduled a week out). I called them and left voicemails on all three of their phone lines and never received a response, even after detailing the fact that we were in the middle of an emergency. We never even received a return call from their “emergency” line. After spending hours on the phone with our warranty company, we were assigned another plumbing company and canceled the appointment with The Plumbing Company. I called TPC to ask if it’s common practice for them to be unresponsive to customers when they are experiencing emergencies. First phone call, I was hung up on by Jessica. Second phone call was handled by Lorraine who lied and said the warranty company canceled the appointment. Terrible customer service-they failed to respond and didn’t even take ownership of their own shortcomings.

  The Plumbing Company was selected by our home warranty company to help us with some toilet issues we were having since moving in. The woman who scheduled my appointment on the phone was friendly and helpful in finding a time that worked best with my busy schedule. The tech that came to our home was professional, timely, and helped us resolve the issue quickly.
