  I contacted The Plumbing Authority after having some issues with my old water heater and pipes throughout my house. Mikhail came to my house and looked over everything, providing me with a couple of options to replace the water heater as well as all of the 85 year old galvanized piping. He was very flexible and helpful with scheduling, taking into account my own work schedule. Marc and Ray completed the job in a single day, and I could not have asked for better service. They were both very professional and polite throughout the entire process. They asked about any preferences I had before doing certain tasks, and were very accommodating to get the job done how I wanted. My experience with The Plumbing Authority and with Marc, Ray, and Mikhail, was among the best of any company I have ever used to do any type of work on my house. I will definitely use them in the future, and will be happy to recommend them to any of my friends and family.

  Micah Sumner was such a nice and personable family guy, he confidently and professionally addressed all of our concerns, while he also took pictures of our plumbing in our crawl space and informed us what needed to be done and gave advice. He took pictures before and after the job was done, and took the time to show us what was wrong with it and what he would do (and did) to fix it. He was kind to give us some pointers to find a good trim kit match for our shower valve, as we didn't know any better and thought it was just as simple as replacing a faucet on a sink. They have good value and reasonable pricing for the service they provide. We will be hiring them again for our future plumbing projects :)

  I called the The Plumbing Authority to get quotes for a family member. They didn’t do the work, but their customer service can’t be beat! Mikhail, the quoter, was amazing! He explained everything in layman’s terms that I could understand, but obviously knew the trade. Their pricing was on par with 3 other competitors. Unfortunately, we just needed it sooner than they could do it. They will be my first choice from now on, customer service is still alive and well at this Company!
