  Poor communication. Said arrive at one time and 6 hrs late day1 and almost 5 hrs late day 2. Things come up I her it. But call. Quoted us 125 plus the part Part was $5 and got charged 230. After a couple phone calls was offered a partial refund so it was at least closer to what they quoted in our kitchen

  I used to use another service but wasn't satisfied with them. Then one weekend we had a back-up so I called THE OTHER GUYS. They came out on the weekend and took care of the problem very quickly, and the bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

  Great guys who had to fix a nasty problem after the apartments main sewer line was cut on neighbors property. Fixed it on the same day and made 10 elderly residents Very Happy! Where much cheaper than their national competitors. Highly recommended.
