Parker, my technician was prompt and very professional. He was very knowledgeable as well as personable. He analyzed my issue fully explained the resolve and expected cost. He had my ceiling leak resolved in a matter of minutes. Then sent a text to their sister company to schedule a consult to have my ceiling repaired. I’m usually not fond of searching for plumbing services online as it can be draining 😉however The Original Plumber has changed my perspective. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again Parker😁

Chase and his helper did a terrific job! They pumped out our septic tank and installed risers on the front and back lids to the tank so the next time it needs cleaning out, the workmen won’t have to dig 4’ down!! They arrived on time and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. I thought their prices were fair and in line. Will call them again!

The plumber came first on a Friday when my husband was here and though they knew Where the water was leaking, they could not find the origination leak. They pulled the fridge out and tested the dishwasher but still could not find where the water was coming from. The plumber suggested my husband to call the restoration company since they have infrared cameras. I called them back on Monday and had him return when I was home. I was able to get the drains in the master bathroom fixed as well as the water pressure regulator. This has completely changed the sounds of water in our home. This plumber is very proud of his “plumbers crack” with good reason. He works very efficiently once he decides to. He does smell like cigarettes and doesn’t clean up after himself but at least my drains are unclogged & the water is flowing at the correct pressure so that it’s not leaking all over the hardwood floors.
