I reached out to The Neighborhood Plumber at the suggestion of DOZENS of people in my community. It's easy to tell why so many people referred them. They're friendly, responsive, and VERY knowledgeable. They were also able to get to my home relatively quickly after my initial contact. Drake (and his apprentice who's name escapes me) visited my home to repair a leaky shower. Not only were they very professional, they were upfront and honest about the work that needed to be done. They were even extremely patient with our very curious dog! Are they the cheapest? Probably not... BUT, like with ANY in-home service, you absolutely get what you pay for... and I'd much rather pay a premium price for premium service than trust such things with a low quality provider. The Neighborhood Plumber is a HIGH QUALITY in-home service provider I'll definitely be turning to them for ALL of our future plumbing needs. 5/5

Once again Neighborhood plumber has done it again! Ian and Evan came to my parents rescue on a SUNDAY! There should be Ten STAR ratings! Ian and Evan were very  Thorough and took the time to make sure the leak was repaired. These are two of my favorite men that work for this company. Thank you for all your hard work. You guys are the best!!

What an outstanding experience I just had with The Neighborhood Plumber. Russell and Caleb let me know when they would arrive, they arrived punctually, did an outstanding job, worked efficiently and professionally. Their dispatcher Christie was warm, responsive and efficient. This is the only company that I will want to use for future plumbing needs. They are excellent!!

They were fast acting and very professional.  They hauled off my old toilet and replaced it with a beautiful new model within an hour and a half, with a price that matched my budget. Ben and Brandon were very understanding and helpful! I highly recommend this company! Thanks guys!

Highly recommend! Evan, Ian and Brandon did an excellent and professional job on replacing multiple fixture. Great attitudes. Evan is a very good, customer focused communicator.  He checked out some other things we were concerned about and gave us good objective advice on what we could do and what we did not need to do.  Will be our go-to plumber going forward

I was very surprised after reading other reviews but this company is completely unprofessional. I hired this company to simply repair a  leaking outdoor faucet. This was a 3 months journey to get a task done (that they couldn't complete) where they ordered multiple wrong replacement,  they lost my original faucet and ended up with an unusable outdoor faucet that we cannot shut down at all. On top of one the owners of the company came with a horrible attitude to our house arguing because the employee didn't want to charge me for all the inconveniences and that he didn't authorize any of this.... They didn't take any responsibility for losing my original part, wasting our time and leaving us with an unusable faucet much worse that it was when they came the first time. Stay away from this company

I do not normally write bad reviews and honestly do not want to do this, but I know plumbing can be an expensive project and finding the right plumber is important.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company is not positive. I hired neighborhood plumbing to come and fix my bathroom fixtures and want to give some positive feedback first. I was really pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule me and with a fair price point. When the plumber arrived he was polite and started to get to work right away and finished the job in an appropriate time. I looked at the fixtures and they looked good. He checked for leaks etc. and left.

He must have forgotten to check if the hot water was working because I went to wash my dishes I realized I had no hot water. I contacted the plumber who did reply to my text and said he wasn't sure what happened, but to schedule another appointment. When the second plumber came out to look at my water heater he said it was 100% broken and there was nothing they could do.

In my opinion, if I had hot water the day your plumber arrived and now that he left I do not, then I feel the company should take some responsibility on what happened. Instead they said it was just a "coincidence" and took no responsibility. Instead they recommended to replace to the whole water heater for an additional $1600. I had a home warranty so this was more about the principle of owning up to having made a mistake rather than about money. They did not even apologize once for any inconvenience they caused me.

Thankfully, my dad came (who is not a plumber btw) and fixed my water heater in 30 seconds. I do not know if the plumbers did not know what they were doing when dealing with the water heater or if they were just taking advantage of me, but this really upset me as I went without hot water for 4 days and would've had to go longer if I had taken their recommendation to replace to heater for no reason and felt taken advantage of.

I read a similar review that said they had made a few mistakes in another customer's service and didn't take any responsibility. So I guess as long as they do not make any mistakes this is a good company to go with. In my opinion, if you only make a few mistakes, then fixing those mistakes for those customers will not cost you as a company. If you aren't willing to own up and fix your mistakes you are not trustworthy.

There were a few other nitpicky things that aren't worth writing out, but overall I feel like I was not given the appropriate effort and honesty every customer should deserve.

Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this company and do not think I will not use them again.

Unfortunately ma'am, the water heater was covered in rust and over 15 years old. We only worked on your fixtures and it had nothing to do with your hot water. I apologize that it happened when it did but in no way shape or form could what work we had done- caused your issue. We do recommend heaters at that age and condition are replaced because once you start repairing things on a heater at that age & condition, it creates a snowball effect and will cost you more money in the long run. Our motto is "service over sales" and we stand for that. We would have been more than willing to work with you if you could have called in to our office and brought this to our attention, but  unfortunately this is how our office is hearing about the whole ordeal. Christian has exceptional customer service skills! He is  knowledgeable, professional, and a great asset to “the neighborhood plumber” I called for the flood in my back yard and it was only an outside faucet that was not completely turned off, no charge for that. While he was here, he replaced a “too short” pvc pipe under my kitchen sink. Very reasonable rate. Loved the customer service!! This will be my go-to plumber, for all of my plumbing needs! Thank You Neighborhood Plumber! Perfect 10!!

This company always responds quickly, has available appointments quickly, offers a great price for their work, and guarantees their work for a year. My parents and I both use this company for any plumbing needs from water heater installation to help with installing new sinks in the bathrooms. They are always professional, always on time or early, and just a great company to work with. There is always an estimate and an itemized invoice with every job also. I can’t say enough good things about them.

The team sent were on time and very friendly.  When entering the house they had shoe covers on, nice touch.  Russell was a good listener and understood what needed to be done.  They went about the diagnosis and made me aware of the repair needs and the cost before starting any work.  The price was fair and of good value.  When finished they walked through everything done, pressure tested my water pressure and gave me a couple of good tips for future work.
They do a great job and would be a real help with your plumbing repair work!
