  The Longacre Company is our "go to" company since 1980 for all our plumbing and electrical needs. Dependable, knowledgeable, professional, fast, courteous and very tidy. We've had many things replaced in our home from a water heater to kitchen and bath remodel. They fixed whatever was wrong the first time and never had to get them back because something wasn't right. Just recently had 3 appliances replaced. Many thanks to Joanne, Darren, technician Scott and his helper for the fast and efficient service!! 5 star service!!

  Very pleased with every aspect of service and installation of my new gas furnace. I have been a customer with Longacre for about 10 years, and this is the third major appliance I’ve had them install. Eric, Mike and Josh went out of their way to answer all my questions and explain things to me throughout the entire process. Thank you guys and the entire team at Longacre for doing an outstanding job.

  Contacting 3 different companies to replace our 19 year old heat pump system, Longacre’s got the job hands down. Our decision was based on our meeting with Eric Bauman, HVAC manager. We liked all his answers to our questions and concerns. The price he gave us was also the best price. We also liked that Longacre’s is a local company if there are any issues. The installers did a good job .There was a problem with the base. It had a large corner that broke off. I took a picture of it, emailed it to Eric and he replied quickly that it was totally unacceptable and it would get replaced and it did,the following week. When everything was finished, the work area outside and inside was left very clean. We are very happy with the final product, an American Standard Heat Pump System.
