Very helpful and attentive Sales Associates!  Much better than my local Lowes!  I purchased a new appliance.  Highly recommend Home Depot!

The worst Home Depot ever. The people are rude and we paid thousands for fence material, and they told us we could get a military discount. They made us sign up so we can get the discount after saying we are good. We spent 30 minutes signing up on the website for the discount and come to find out they said we couldn’t use it because we had wood and fencing material. They should have told us that when we saw our order instead of saying we can get the discount and encouraging us to sign up. After that the lady said “well you need to go to customer service because I know you can get your discount” and she wouldn’t just let us pay. She also refused to ring our stuff up again until we talked to customer service. We talked to customer service and it still didn’t work. FINALLY someone scanned our order again and let us pay after 45 minutes of fighting with that woman. We went to pick our stuff up the next day and guess what? There’s only 1 forklift driver. We had to wait over an hour just to get our fencing material. I will NEVER give them my time or money again.

Went in to buy a gas stove and the gentleman who helped us was fantastic. He even saved me money by showing me a dented discount priced smart stove that was open box and half the price. Paid 750ish. My wife absolutely loves it. We picked up same day but a few days later someone called asking me to come pick up my stove. I did inform them I already got it. Could have been an issue if someone gave a free stove away after picking theirs up. But other than that the store is always fantastic and very helpful if I ever need it. Definitely prefer them over Lowes especially all the company does for veterans

This home depot in Tuscaloosa got to be the worst.  I went to purchase  a washing machine.  I was given the run around about where to pick up my washing machine after purchased. It seems employees in customer service and cashiers have no knowledge in what or how to help anyone. Front end manager don't even know how to ring up a purchase order. The employees at home depot Tuscaloosa famous saying when customer asked a question is I don't work in this department  or I don't know or I'll call a nonexistent person who can help! Really!

I’ve been a Store Manager and not too long ago at that, I do know that you don’t make a decision to start hiring in an instance. It does have to go through proper channels and approvals, budgets approvals etc before corporate can give you the ok to hire. so the store manager at the Tuscaloosa Home Depot taking offence to my asking for them or whoever is in charge to stop sending texts and emails saying I’ve been hired is downright deplorable and offensive.

I asked on a Wednesday evening if you were hiring, a representative with apparent knowledge on the status of said subject stated to me that you were NOT hiring so I moved beyond the company. Only for you to reverse that statement that Friday morning!! I applied and was hired Thursday for a different company!

I’ve worked Garden Center for your company, which is what you wanted to rehire me for, you physically abuse young people in that department while providing conveniences for 1 or 2 elderly people. No young person stays in that department, and for the most part that company, for long due to the abuse. Until you were downright rude to me I had considered your company a potential employer in the future but not here hell no.

All I needed to know was if you could stop the barrage of texts and emails. You simply had to tell me to go to corporate about it, not try to insult  my intelligence  !
