Went in to get some wood for a project. My cousin and I were a bit lost! Dakota was VERY helpful in helping us look for the wood we needed. Even showed us the discounted wood ( which helped). He went above and beyond in customer service. Home Depo needs more employees like him!!!

There were too many choices for refrigerators online, so I called the store to place an order. WHAT TERRIFIC SERVICE!! The rep helped me find exactly the right one, desired features, and helped place the order on my card AND got me a new customer discount. I didn't even think about the handles. The delivery folks pointed out there are no handles. I get stuck on the handles all the time. Ordered AND delivered in two weeks. Just wonderful service, thank you!

It's not a bad store. People seem to know about where things are. There seems to be a lot of new faces around there. The folks have been there a while know the store really well and they're very helpful. The new people wander around and there's a lot of them. It's not my favorite place to shop. But they do have a lot of good product.

The BEST employee in this store has always been Hank Mills, a humble, knowledgeable, outstanding person. Honest. Excellent advisor. You'll never go wrong in seeking him out. I'm pretty sure that he still works in Electricals. Super smart and friendly man.

EVERYTIME I visit stores I try to do the review because I know that I pay attention to other people's reviews and how they were given customer service.   Well I'm terribly disappointed in Home Depot this time around and it's a bummer because I have always gave them all 5 stars. But not this time guys!!! I went in there to exchange a kitchen sink faucet strait across for the same brand, same type, same cost . It's just a little different style because my other half didn't pick up the one I wanted and it was a xmas present so instead of thinking " oh she might want to exchange it...  No, his thought is she can't see the cost and doesn't know where receipt went. Well because I didn't have receipt they would not exchange it... I didn't want the money, I have never had a issue with an exchange in there ever before, but they wouldn't simply exchange for the ones wanted. The gal at the customer service desk was abit snipity about it and wasn't very nice. I will just take my business to Diamond from now on.
