I simply wanted to rent a van to move furniture.  Called early and got lucky with the one location that had 1 rental available. At least that's what the nice gent at the desk said.... booked it for 4 pm but got there 2:30 cause I was told if I was not there within 30 minutes of reservation it'd be canceled. The return was late... so yes a wait.... but not much of a choice.  Went got lunch.... still no van. 2.5 hours later.. finally.  So paid deposit and left.  Somehow I just imagine that type of experience would be met with ..  something. Hope it doesn't Happen often.  The very nice guy at the counter needs a raise

I love home Depot but not this one. I can never get any help from the staff. When you approach someone for assistance they all act as if they're "sooo busy", then run and hide. Other than that the store is good.

What a dump!!! Everything is out of place. Asked employee for help to locate an item, his response to me “ I am busy “. Went to costumer service, after checking computer that showed them 3 in stock , send me to the same place. I told them that I was already there and its not on the shelf, his response was “ it is probably stolen” costumers service is non existing.  Never go there again. Every employee acting like you annoying them with your presence and they doing you a big favor by responding to you. Including Management

Hands down this is the best Home Depot I have visited across the East Coast and Central US. In particular Dan at the paint desk and the gents in shower accessories are super helpful. Highly recommend!

Do not go here. Employees are disrespectful, and unprepared. If you try to order something online... forget it... they cancel unexpectedly, to get a refund you need to fight... Do yourself a favor go to Lowes next door.  This homedepot will surely shut down if it continues like this.

Horrible place, employees not helpful  at all . They walk around on one their  cell phones.  When you ask where something is , they send you to wrong place . They have no idea where things are in their store.  They  walking around with  drinks from fast food places bin their hands , like they just chilling, instead of working. Make you feel like your brothering them when ever you ask a question. No smiles    HATE THIS HOME DEPOT. You spend sooo much time here just walking around looking for what you need because  employees aren't helpful.  Three other customers we bumped into said the same exact thing. These young guys they hire just don't care ..hint hint.  Found another HOME DEPOT TO GO TO.   SORRY WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN.

Just got a call from closing shift manager. She told me I left my bag at the return desk & said if I didn't get it by morning she would be throwing it out. I left my ID & wallet in there... I live &, work out of Ramsey. I can't make it, until after work. After I asked her why she can't be reasonable and give me until after 5pm because I work, she said she got angry with me and told me shes throwing it out tonight. Then hung up. Um. What? Will be calling corporate tomorrow. This is not how you do business.

Raising a complaint and awareness to other customers about The Home Depot and their extremely poor customer service and product guarantee.  Put an online order at Homedepot.com for a Bosch 800 dishwasher on Feb 11th.  It was delivered on Feb 23rd.  Had it installed the proper way and not hotwired the unit and installed a GFCI outlet under the sink specifically for the unit, used it twice and received the error code c15.  States that there is a flood/leak in the unit and it cuts the water tap to prevent flooding.  Checked it and confirmed flooding in the base.  I called home depot online and they told me to call Bosch.  Scheduled will Bosch and technician came out  and determined that the unit is not worth repairing because the chassis and metal has been damaged.  Pictures provided below.  To a customer, I would have never noticed this in the back corner on delivery.  There is no damage or blemish to the front side of the unit.  I was told by Bosch Global to tell Home Depot to replace because it is well under warantee.  To my surprise, calling the store The Home Depot I was told to reach out to the online customer support because they sold me the product, to then be redirected to the store because only the manager can make that decision to replace the unit that completed the delivery.  *BUYERS BEWARE...Home Depot has a 48 hour clause that gives them an OUT to replace or return any appliance for refund .  After being accidently hungup on and transferred 3 times, I am still waiting for the store manager of North Bergen Home Depot to make a decision to approve of this replacement which was clearly not my fault.  As a customer who is out $1300 who expected to purchase a fully functional appliance from a BIG and TRUSTED corporation, and now not getting that level of customer support is really disappointing and upsetting. I think this company forgot how to respect and handle loyal customers who have made The Hope Depot their goto place for hardware and parts.  I followed the direction and advice of customer support who should have not directed me to Bosch but should have replaced my unit no questions asked.  Their slogan, "Doers Get More Done" is false advertisement because I was blamed by support for completing this installation on my own which the Bosch technician stated that it was completed perfectly. Hey Home Depot, do the right thing.  Make this right!

The customer service team of this HomeDepot was very irresponsible and impatient to their clients. If you can order something from another HomeDepot or another store, please try to do so.
