Home Depot almost always has what we need for the house and yard. Friendly and helpful employees and I enjoy shopping there. Definitely the place to go when you need lumber in our area.

Great customer service ! I want to especially say that VERONICA in customer service/returns yesterday (Monday 4/05) was wonderful.
She went above and beyond helping me ! This store has great products in addition to good customer service,

There was a wonderful older lady (employee) when we walked in. She greeted us, spoke to my grandson, and directed us to what we were looking for. Actually, we had several employees help us, and each one of them was friendly and very helpful. The store was well stocked. We were able to get everything that we needed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! Customer service was horrible!! They have all the “self checkouts” closed and 2 registers open while a man stands and watches the ladies checkout. The lady at the register told me I would need to insert my card 3x and then swipe it 2x to get it to work!! Uh, NO!!

When asked why didn’t they have the self checkouts open, (like,….it’s stupid to have to do someone’s job for them anyway, but I’d rather do it myself than wait on the checkers moving turtle speed and the fellow starin at them!!) they said they didn’t have enough workers!! What?

Looking for a new place to shop for my “home project” needs!!

The young guy at the paint counter was so very helpful and nice. He helped me find the exact paint type and colors that I was looking for.

Didn't want to replace the leaky valve from a brand new hot water heater, wasn't interested in helping me, personally the Denham Springs Home Depot offers better service!

Pretty good inventory of home improvement needs. Sometimes I have to visit another location to get what I need. (Only reason I did not give 5 stars) New store manager was awesome to the city of Zachary during hurricane Ida in letting the community know what the store had in stock or on the way.

We were promised a delivery of our refrigerator 2 weeks ago and so for haven’t gotten it.   Please note we purchased the refrigerator on 12/28/2021.  Last Friday they said the driver was sick and today when I called I was put on hold so long I gave up and hug up.  We are considering canceling our purchase.  Don’t trust this store so for as deliveries go.

I ordered lumber from home depot online to have it delivered and paid extra for the specific delivery time. Supposed to deliver at 10am, but didn't arrive until 7pm. Only got half the material and part of it was the wrong items. I ended up getting everything we needed from Zachary Lumber in Zachary,LA.

Absolute worst customer service and managers I’ve ever met at a Home Depot. Will not return and advise all future customers to shop anywhere but here if you need assistance
