Like most places currently, they're understaffed, so it can take time to find some one to help you out ... That being said the employees are very knowledgeable about everything in the store, or are willing to find the person that is.  They have saved me multiple trips back and forth from the shop by asking questions I did not even think about.  Great customer service!

Wendell was incredibly friendly and helped me pick the most beautiful orchid. Always a pleasure stopping by the plant section!

Staff are friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, at least the ones I had the pleasure of meeting. This store usually is stocked well but if they ain't got it? They will get it!

We purchased carpet at Home Depot in Willmar,  Minnesota, and it was such a flawless process I wanted to leave a review. From purchasing the carpet, scheduling for measurements, free installation of the new carpet and taking out of the old, it  was so simple. Crew2 was the subcontractor for carpet installation, and did an amazing job. We have a white baseboard and two sets of stairs, and I was concerned with scuff marks for which there were none. A big shout out to Marcelo CHavez and Jesus for their quality workmanship from Crew2

This store must have an exceptional training program because anytime I need something their is always an "expert" around to help me find it. They helped me immensely with my last DIY floor project and I probably ended up saving $1000 by picking the brains of the staff here.
