Almost a three star. Almost. After perusing over the power tools, and the decision made on which to purchase, there was a bit of a wait on a sales associate that was called for the department to finally arrive. Maybe another customer was being helped. After being told the item would be at the front as there was still one more thing to grab before checking out, headed off to the aisle the online assistance advised. Sadly the item wasn't there. Checking one more aisle the in-store signage guided towards. Not on that aisle either. The four star savior, the same associate that helped with the power tool, walked us down to yet another aisle. With the item grabbed, off to check out it is. At least the associate knew of the items exact location. You're welcome Home Depot.

Home Depot is one of the easiest store of its kind to shop on.  I never have any trouble finding help  if I need it.  The store is always clean and organized.  The garden area is amazing.   I only wish the pick up was faster.  Oh well, nothing is perfect.

They is a guy that works there i think he said his name was Gunner. He is always so helpful.  I look for him every time I go to home Depot. Others run away and hide when your looking for someone to help you.  He is a good worker. Thank you

Oddly, I hate home depot. But this one is better than the local Lowe's. It pains me so much that I want to give it 5 stars but can't.  Great store. If it stays that way, I'll add that fifth star.

I went in looking for a porch chair.  The young lady that helped me had only been there a month but gave white glove service.  The lady managing the department with the plants and chairs needs to be replaced.  She has a nasty, don't care attitude and knows absolutely nothing about the area she supposedly supervises.  I'm willing to bet she came from Walmart.  Give it up old lady and move on so the young people can work.  But if you must continue to work, check that attitude at the door, it doesn't look good with your gray hair.  So if you avoid her area your visit should be fine.  After all there are a few super people working there and her nastiness is not going to stop me from shopping there.  Just be warned:. Avoid the area with the plants outside, that devil will try to steal your joy.

I needed several large pieces of wood for my home closet renovation project today.  Stan who works the lumber section was most kind with his time and patience in the selection and then cutting to size while still answering numerous phone call inquiries from other potential customers.

Rare that you get such great customer service from any of the big box stores anymore.

Went to shop for a washer and dryer today. Had a very knowledgeable sales associate, Nix. She answered all of our questions and help guide us with decisions we needed to make. Our old ones were 27 yrs old and a lot has changes since we had to buy a washer and dryer.

Currently we go to Home Depot more than the Blue Store. At one time that wasnt true. However, the last year or so has seen improvements made in their customer service. That's why we shop there more.

Pulled into Home Depot to find some plumbing equipment and was having a little bit of trouble location the parts I needed seeing as how I live in Macon and normally shop there. A young lady named Cory asked me if I needed any help and was even able to help me grab exactly what I needed. Was impressed with her knowledge and ability to provide great customer service. If and when I have to shop at this location I will personally ask for her if I need any assistance.
