  Brought some transition stripps back to get a refund of what we didn't. Customer service rep said the money should be back on our card in 3 business days or so. Instead of refunding us the money they charged and now will not give it back. Technically that is stealing. Alot more has gone wrong since purchasing new flooring through them to much to say on here NEVER EVER doing business with home depot again. if I could give negative stars I would

  Decent selection with friendly staff. Unfortunately the staff often doesn't know much about the product they are selling. The selection of quality lumber is small and I'd say 80% of their lumber is barely good enough for framing.
