  I did not see any bad locations on this island, but i saw a few houses that are in very bad shape. This store can help to fix that. This Home Depot, the only one on this island is a best friend for home owners. They have specialists and materials needed to make any house looking its best. Also, what is good about Home Depot, they are reliable, trustworthy, and they give you a very accurate price quote for what it takes to remodel your home. Home Depot is very popular with their services in California and Texas. Therefore, if you have means to repare any damage due to age of your home, this IS the place to be.

  Being a Pro Member of Home Depot. I must say how disappointed I am with the lack of Customer Service available to anyone. Trying to call in and reach a human customer service agent or human period is like playing the lottery. If you do by chance have someone answer your call after a long waiting period most likely you’ll be directed to the wrong department or it’ll ring and ring for a long period of time and then looped back into the endless maze of automated blah blah blah. So you go to the Home Depot in hopes to get what you need. Sometimes there are plenty of staff in orange vest walking around so you stop one of them to ask a question and they either give you the wrong information or just don’t know. My favorite reply is they tell you that you have to go to that department and speak with them. So head over to the department and nobody is around so you stop someone in the orange vest and explain to them that you’ve been instructed to see someone in that department but nobody has been around yet after waiting. They play dumb or tell you that I’ll call someone over to help you. After waiting you still are waiting. You stop another orange vest employee and let them know you’ve been waiting for some help and the employee said they will call someone over. Then they suggest calling in by phone. This is absolutely unbelievable this kind of disservice exists for a brand name. This is not an isolated incident. But repeatedly! And many others have shared experiencing the same inadequate treatment.

  I am an HD employee at another store. These reviews are all the same regardless of location. HD wants to hire 100,000 associates this year. Finding 100,000 people who want to work, show up, show up on time, is going to be tough. Its going to get worse ,before it gets better. I really like my job, but the absenteeism, and punctuality is lacking. I really think HD is a great company to work for ,and treats its employees fairly.
