  Everything went super fine. I love the attic access cover; just unzip and you are in the attic. The 3-man crew was prompt, friendly and professional. I was told by Josh that it would take a day and they would be here at 8 AM and they were right on the dot. The work that was involved to prep the attic for the insulation took a great amount of time. The crew was super clean laying plastic on the stairs, carpet and even up the walls of the hallway. They took my foyer table upstairs and replaced it after the work was complete, so the door wouldn't hit it as they were going in and out of the house.

  The Fifth Fuel upgraded the insulation in our townhome’s attic. The process was straightforward from the quote visit to the crew cleaning up after they had finished their work. The sales representative worked with me to develop a plan that addressed my concerns and budget. The installation process was great. The crew arrived a little earlier to set up but did not knock on our door until the window provided to me the day before. Parking is tricky in our neighborhood but the crew figured out a way to make it work. They laid protective sheeting down everywhere and closed all the doors upstairs to protect from dust and debris entering the living space. The crew foreman checked in with me throughout the day to let me know how things were progressing and took me up to the attic as they completed different stages of the install. When they finished, they cleared the sheeting and vacuumed the floor. The crew finished a little earlier than they budgeted time for and let me know they were finished and I could start using the attic again. Before they left, they took time to pick up anything that fell from the truck or was left in the front yard. My experience was a pleasant one and I would recommend using The Fifth Fuel to my friends and family looking to have insulation work done on their house.

  I had Fifth Fuel install insulation in my home to address issues with temperature and humidity in a room above my garage, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I worked with Logan to assess the issue and come up with a proposal. He walked me through his proposed solution thoroughly and was very responsive in answering my questions (often responding to emails outside normal business hours, which was not expected but certainly appreciated). Edgar and his crew did the actual work and exceeded my expectations. They too, were incredibly thorough (even providing photos of their air sealing work that would ultimately be covered by insulation), and their craftsmanship was immediately evident in the final product. To top it off, they left the work area cleaner than when they showed up. The results speak for themselves; the temperature in the space is substantially more consistent, and I've noticed some soundproofing in the run as an added bonus. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fifth Fuel or do business with them again.
