  Our hot water heater died, we called the Fair Plumber for an estimate on a new water heater and a tankless water heater. They came out that same day, Manny and Orlando were very polite and knowledgeable and discussed our options. We went with the tankless one. Manny and Orlando came the next morning and installed it. They did a great job, great work, cleaned everything up and went over how it works. I will definitely call them again, we got a fair price and we are very pleased with the finished product.

  We recently moved to Elmhurst from the city and had a problem with an older master bathroom upstairs. I called and Manny was able to come out same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me an honest opinion about how to fix. He was able to fix our problem quickly and was super friendly/showed me what he did as he went along. I know plumbers can be tough to find someone who is honest/reasonable and Manny exceeded my expectations. May call him back in a few months to help demo our bathroom!

  Poor response time. Sub par knowledge. I called them to fix our powder room toilet- after having to follow up to schedule an appointment, they finally came out and had difficulty assessing (what ultimately would be) a very simple fix. Several follow up phone calls and a week later- still no fix. I then called Midland Plumbing, who came out the next day and fixed the toilet in *30 minutes*.
