  Once again… Chris and his crew did an amazing job!!! Thank you soooo much! Chris was so wonderful! He was patient, understanding and explained everything to me thoroughly. Answered my questions without making me feel stupid. He is an excellent plumbing professional and I will probably never use anyone ever again besides him. He analyze the problem and Gave me an estimate within a timely manner and the pricing was reasonable.I am so so happy with my service. Thank you so much!!!

  *UPDATE* (second paragraph) Contacted them via chat this morning about a basement toilet drain clean out....toilet clogged. I asked if the drain cleaning was $93 since that was the advertised special on the website. The response was, "Let me check on that". A few minutes later, the response was "correct, I'll make a note of that for you". The tech showed up quickly. He was nice and very professional. He confirmed that the drain was clogged and needed cleaned. After informing me of different preventative services offered, I explained that I just wanted the drain cleaned. He stated that the lowest price for the service would be $422. There was nothing special about this clog. It is located approximately 25 feet from the toilet based upon what he could determine. Needless to say, I did not have this service performed. Update: I received a phone call a couple of hours after the tech left. They stated that since this was quoted, they would honor the $93 clean out. They were very apologetic and wanted to make things right. The same tech arrive to complete the work shortly thereafter. He again was polite and very professional. He completed the drain clean out and made sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving. I would have rated this company 5 stars but settled on 4 due to the back and forth that was done. The company overall is very professional and do an excellent job. They seem truly interested in customer satisfaction. The only issue was the breakdown in communication between chat and tech, which was remedied. I would recommend this company and will consider using them in the future if needed.

Our technician will attempt to clear the Sewer Drain for $93 but if they are unsuccessful, it would be free of charge to you.
