We hired The Drying Co. to complete a crawl space refresh which included removal of old insulation and vapor barrier. The project was initially scheduled for two days. The crew said they finished after the first day. However, after inspection the following day, there were issues with the installation of the new vapor barrier and we had to have a repair order submitted to get the issues addressed. The crew left cigarette butts on our driveway and the crew did not cover any of our personal belongings in the garage (location of the crawl space door) which resulted in the debris that was removed from the crawl space to settle over all of our items in the garage (like dust). We had to clean everything impacted by hand and sweep and blow the debris and dust out of the garage. Once the repair order was scheduled, Dominic came out to fix the issues with the vapor barrier. We would advocate for getting multiple quotes for your crawl space refresh project and using caution in hiring The Drying Company.

We had The Drying Co. install a french drain in our basement. The crew was professional and cleaned up (as much as they could) every day before they left. The Drying Co. team was solution oriented and made sure our experience was a positive one. I have already suggested them to my friends.

The Drying Co processed my service request as quickly as possible. They provided updates and status as work date came up. The teams that arrived to do the rip out, and subsequent installation, of the old insulation and then spray foaming and completing my crawlspace encapsulation were extremely thorough and did a great job. Even when there was an error, they quickly turned around corrective action. We couldn't be happier with the work on our extension and in the crawlspace of the main house. Already noticing a HUGE difference in the air quality both in and under the house. I would absolutely recommend the services provided!
